SOUTH MALAYSIA : on Two Days of Visits and Demos

I’ve gained a lot from the visits and demos over the past two days. Previously, due to various factors, I wasn’t able to go out for visits. Now that things have stabilized, I can arrange time to go out.

The reason for these visits is to understand whether you encounter any issues after acquiring the machine, how familiar your employees are with its operation, and how you introduce it to your customers. This way, I can address specific issues and help you become more familiar with the machine’s operation. I also want to hear your feedback and observe your practices to inspire further improvements.

Creating a distribution map is intended to make it easier for customers to find you. Even if they face issues with their vehicles in unfamiliar areas, they won’t have to worry about finding a repair shop or assistance because we are a team that can support each other.

There is still a long road ahead. My approach might not be the best, but I believe that stepping out, observing, and listening to feedback will be beneficial for future development.
